AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-599 with Norman Stanley Fott &
Associates, Inc., for engineering services for the final design of
Jerrilen Court No. 11818 Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-599 with
Norman Stanley Fott & Associates, Inc., for engineering services
for the final design of Jerrilen Court No. 11818 Storm Sewer
Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1986.
