The Council of the Village of Medina met in special meeting on Monday July
23, 197- at 9:30 P. M.

Thomas Stevens, Wayne Neddermeyer, Robert Franklin and
Arthur Theis and Treasurer William Rudolph and Mr.
Chenworth from Ehlers and Associates, present.
Moved by Robert Franklin to; -approve the transfers as recommended on the
Auditor's report of December 31, 1972 on Page 16, as follows:
