RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING b/I'f,'x-NDANCE TO THE NEW JI~IS~ STATE
LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES
WH~iREAS, the New Jersey State League of Municipalities is holding its 81st
Annual Conference in Atlantic City from November 19 to November 22, 1996;
and
WHEREAS, key officials and personnel have expressed their desire to attend
said conference; and
W'H~AS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret that its key
officials and personnel be as well informed as possible on the methods of
conducting the Borough's affairs in their areas of specialization;
NOW, THE~, BE IT AND IT IS H~E~YRESOLV~D that the members of the
Goverming Body, Department Heads and one (1) me~ber of each Board are hereby
authorized to attend said Conference without any loss of time and shall be
reimbursed up to $100.00 (one hundred dollars) for expenses incurred and
the cost of the registration fee.
Adopted this 7th day of November, 1996 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on November 8, 1996.
