AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($9,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Alhambra and Des Peres Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-601.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) toward the cost
of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek and,
WHEREAS, the City of Des Peres, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) toward
the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($9,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Alhambra and Des
Peres Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-601.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1986.
