AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($38,700.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 24A (S-2114, C-1240), in various
locations within the City of St. Louis, Missouri and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Thirty-three Thousand One Hundred One Dollars
($33,101.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Five Thousand Five
Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars ($5,599.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($38,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 24A
(S-2114, C-1240), in various locations within the City of St.
Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1986.
