AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mangelsdorf
Construction, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Geyer
Road No. 841 (86041), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT.
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mangelsdorf Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Geyer Road No. 841 (86041), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 29th day of May, 1986, and formally
executed on the 10th day of June, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
