AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in an alley in City Block 190 of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject alley, and this District has no further use for this
alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described alley:
The East-West alley in City Block 190 from the East line of
9th Street to the West line of 8th Street.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 25, 1986.
