AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 5866, adopted
February 13, 1985, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with The Jones Company for the recovery
of costs by said Jones Company for the construction of the Pine
Tree Sanitary Outfall Sewers P-13759, connecting into the sewerage
system of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 5866, adopted February 13,
1985, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with The Jones Company for the recovery of costs by said Jones
Company for the construction of the Pine Tree Sanitary Outfall
Sewers P-13759 connecting into the sewerage system of the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
