AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in U. S. Survey
2040, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That 10' wide easement in U. S. Survey 2040, Township 46
North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Book 6382, Page 431 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
