AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Tarlton
Corporation for the construction of the Missouri River Wastewater
Treatment Plant Phase II, C-1192, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Tarlton Corporation as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Missouri River
Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II, C-1192, in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 8th day of May, 1986, and
formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
