AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Eight
Hundred Twelve and 05/100 Dollars ($45,812.05) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
449 (Meramec River Basin - MSD Southwest) for the District's
contribution towards the construction costs for that portion of
the Weston Place sewer and lift station which will be jointly
utilized to serve the Weston Place development at Mason Road south
of Clayton Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and to serve the
District in bypassing the District's Williamsburg and Kings Glen
Subdivision lift stations, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Eight
Hundred Twelve and 05/100 Dollars ($45,812.05) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec River Basin - MSD
Southwest) for the District's contribution towards the
construction costs for that portion of the Weston Place sewer and
lift station which will be jointly utilized to serve the Weston
Place development at Mason Road south of Clayton Road, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, and to serve the District in bypassing the
District's Williamsburg and Kings Glen Subdivision lift stations,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
