HomeMy Public PortalAbout06626 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6626 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an Agreement with Westco Real Estate, Inc., wherein the District agrees to contribute Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve and 05/100 Dollars ($45,812.05) towards the construction costs for that portion of the Weston Place sewer and lift station which will be jointly utilized to serve the Weston Place development at Mason Road south of Clayton Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and to serve the District in bypassing the District's Williamsburg and Kings Glen Subdivision lift stations, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the design and construction of said sewer by Westco Real Estate, Inc., in accordance with District requirements and needs will permit the District to eliminate the aforementioned Williamsburg and Kings Glen Subdivision lift stations, and combine all flow into one new lift station for all three developments, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an Agreement with the Westco Real Estate, Inc., wherein the District agrees to contribute Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve and 05/100 Dollars ($45,812.05) towards the construction costs for that portion of the Weston Place sewer and lift station which will be jointly utilized to serve the Weston Place development at Mason Road south of Clayton Road, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and to serve the District in bypassing the District's Williamsburg and Kings Glen Subdivision lift station, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
