AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Ramona No. 8832 Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-604,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating Fund,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Bel Ridge, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Ramona No. 8832 Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-604.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
