AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Company, Ltd., for the construction of storm sewers
in Chester & Taylor (S-2256, C-1226), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Company, Ltd., as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in Chester & Taylor (S-2256, C-1226), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 6th day of June, 1986, and
formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
