AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nineteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($19,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Parc Chateau
No. 3580 (S-1999, C-1239), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars
($16,298.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Three Thousand Two
Hundred Two Dollars ($3,202.00), and
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($9,750.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nineteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($19,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Parc Chateau No. 3580 (S-1999, C-1239), in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
