AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Samuel Kraus
Company, for the construction of storm sewers in Parc Chateau No.
3580 (S-1999, C-1239), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Samuel Kraus Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Parc
Chateau No. 3580 (S-1999, C-1239), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 5th day of June, 1986, and
formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
