AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Candlelight
No. 507 (85030), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Twenty-one Thousand One Hundred Twelve Dollars
($21,112.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-
eight Dollars ($4,388.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Candlelight No. 507 (85030), in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
