AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in
Arlmont-Delavan-Clearview Project B, C, D (86047), in the City of
Bel-Nor, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Arlmont-Delavan-Clearview Project B, C, D (86047), in the City of
Bel-Nor, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 12th day of June,
1986, and formally executed on the 24th day of June, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
