AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Million One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($10,100,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of the Bissell
Point Trickling Filter Pump Station (BP-3), Contract C-1235, at
the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is Nine Million Five Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Three Hundred
Sixteen Dollars ($9,573,316.00), and the cost of providing
temporary construction power, relocation of telephone service,
printing plans and specifications, construction application cost
and allowance for construction change orders is Five Hundred
Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-four Dollars ($526,684.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Million One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($10,100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of the Bissell Point Trickling Filter Pump
Station (BP-3), Contract C-1235, at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
