AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Goodwin Bros.
Construction Co., for the construction of the Bissell Point
Trickling Filter Pump Station (BP-3), Contract C-1235, at the
Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Goodwin Bros. Construction Co., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Bissell
Point Trickling Filter Pump Station (BP-3), Contract C-1235, at
the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of June,
1986, and formally executed on the 8th day of July, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
