AN ORDINANCE, establishing the positions of Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer within the Unclassified service
of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and prescribing the
salaries thereof, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The positions of Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby established in the Unclassified
service of the District.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director
shall be $77,500.00 per annum, payable in equal biweekly
installments, on and after July 7, 1986.
Section Three. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer
shall be $46,500.00 per annum, payable in equal biweekly
installments, on and after July 7, 1986.
Section Four. The positions of Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer as hereby prescribed are essential for the
operation of the District, and require enactment without delay,
thus creating an emergency within the meaning of the Plan.
Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 1986.
