AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Tract 5 Mattese Villa in U. S. Survey No. 2992 Township 43 North
Range 6 East in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Southwest line of said Tract Five, being distance North 46 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West three hundred four and 62/100 feet (304.62') from the most Southern corner of said Tract Five; thence continuing Northwest along the Southwest line of said Tract Five North 46 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 76/100 feet (10.76') to a point; thence North 65 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of five hundred sixteen and 05/100 feet (516.05') to a point in the centerline of a fifty foot (50') wide easement for road as recorded on the Record Plat of "Mattese Villa" recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Southeastwardly along said centerline South 27 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 01/100 feet (10.01') to a point; thence South 65 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of five hundred twelve and 53/100 feet (512.53') to the point of beginning, as shown on Easement Plat recorded in Book 7869, Pages 2183 and 2184 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
