AN ORDINANCE, transferring all funds in the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Escrow Account (Fee Fee Connection Fees Account) and
any moneys received or to be received by said Account to the Fee
Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Account, and terminating said
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Escrow Account (Fee Fee Connection Fees
Account) by repealing Section Five of Ordinance No. 3771, adopted
May 9, 1979.
WHEREAS, the debt to the former stockholders of Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer, Inc., has been retired, so that the Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Escrow Account (Fee Fee Connection Fees Account) is no
longer required, and
WHEREAS, the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement
Account, as established by Ordinance No. 3388, adopted December 5,
1977, provides funding for the extension and improvement of the
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. All funds now in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Escrow Account (Fee Fee Connection Fees Account), together with
any sums derived or to be derived from the collection of
connection fees in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict, or from
any other source for such Account, are hereby transferred to the
Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Account, to be used for sanitary
extension and improvements in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
Hereafter, all connection fees collected in the Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Subdistrict shall be deposited in the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Account.
Section Two. Section Five of Ordinance No. 3771,
adopted May 9, 1979, is hereby repealed, thus terminating the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Escrow Account (Fee Fee Connection Fees Account). The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
