AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty-three and 33/100 Dollars ($7,283.33) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Creve Coeur-
Frontenac to reimburse the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri for the
District's share of the cost of the Ladue Meadows #2 stormwater
project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent the
District's share of the project cost, and
WHEREAS, the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri's share of
the project cost is Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-three and
33/100 Dollars ($7,283.33), and
WHEREAS, the residents of Ladue Meadows Subdivision
provided Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-three and 34/100
Dollars ($7,283.34) toward the project cost, and
WHEREAS, the total project cost for the Ladue Meadows
#2 stormwater project is Twenty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($21,850.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred
Eighty-three and 33/100 Dollars ($7,283.33) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Creve Coeur-Frontenac to reimburse the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri for the District's share of the cost of the Ladue Meadows
#2 stormwater project.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
