AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventeen
Thousand Dollars ($117,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Hoffmeister & Dammert (S-2321, C-1243), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is One Hundred One Thousand Seven Hundred One Dollars
($101,701.00), and the cost of inspection, engineering,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-
nine Dollars ($15,299.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Thirty-nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Mississippi River Operating
Fund, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Thirty-nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Mississippi River
Operating Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventeen
Thousand Dollars ($117,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Hoffmeister & Dammert (S-2321,
C-1243), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
