AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-nine
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($129,300.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Berrywood No. 61 (S-1857, C-1244), in the City of Glendale,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-eight
Dollars ($119,578.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-
two Dollars ($9,722.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Forty-three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($43,100.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Forty-three Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($43,100.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-nine
Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($129,300.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Berrywood No. 61 (S-1857, C-
1244), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
