AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in Hanley
Hills Sanitary Relief Phase I (S-2087, C-1245), in the Cities of
Hanley Hills and Pagedale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Hanley Hills Sanitary Relief Phase I (S-2087, C-1245), in the
Cities of Hanley Hills and Pagedale, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 23rd day of June, 1986, and formally executed on
the 8th day of July, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
