AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($22,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction of a gabion wall in Treebrook Lane No.
7 (85044), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said gabion
wall is Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-six Dollars
($21,226.00), and the costs of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-
four Dollars ($1,474.00), and
WHEREAS, the property owners to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute One Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($1,825.00) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($22,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of a
gabion wall in Treebrook Lane No. 7 (85044), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
