AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-eight Thousand Four
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($38,425.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of a gabion wall in
Ricardo Lane No. 4 (85095), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said gabion
wall is Thirty-six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-three Dollars
($36,243.00), and the costs of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Two Thousand One Hundred Eighty-two
Dollars ($2,182.00), and
WHEREAS, the property owners to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Five Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($5,825.00) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Four
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($38,425.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of
a gabion wall in Ricardo Lane No. 4 (85095), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
