AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mangelsdorf
Construction, Inc., for the construction of a gabion wall in
Ricardo Lane No. 4 (85095), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mangelsdorf Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall
in Ricardo Lane No. 4 (85095), in the City of Ladue, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of June, 1986, and formally
executed on the 8th day of July, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
