AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Foote and Hammel Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
607.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Foote and Hammel
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-607.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1986.
