AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Ladue Trails,
Plat One, U. S. Survey 109, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
The ten (10') foot easement from the East property line
adjacent to Highway 141 and to run in a straight line to the
West property line and is described, more or less, as lying
within fifty feet (50') of the creek, as recorded in Book
4524, Pages 270, 271 and 272 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1986.
