AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Twenty-two
Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Pallardy-
Patrick Phase III (S-2285, C-1250), in the City of St. John,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Two Hundred Six Thousand One Hundred Nineteen Dollars
($206,119.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred
Eighty-one Dollars ($15,881.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($74,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. John, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Seventy-four Thousand Dollars ($74,000.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-two
Thousand Dollars ($222,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Pallardy-Patrick Phase III (S-2285, C-1250), in
the City of St. John, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1986.
