AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in
Pallardy-Patrick Phase III (S-2285, C-1250), in the City of St.
John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Pallardy-Patrick Phase III (S-2285, C-1250), in the City of St.
John, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of July, 1986,
and formally executed on the 22nd day of July, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
