AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Berkel
Construction Company, for the construction of storm sewers in
Robyn Road No. 9048 Phase II (85123), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Berkel Construction Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Robyn
Road No. 9048 Phase II (85123), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 11th day of July, 1986, and
formally executed on the 22nd day of July, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
