AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to be used for the removal and replacement of concrete
streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing in Maintenance Paving
Contract 1986-87 (86173), at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the bid for said construction is One Hundred
Twenty-four Thousand One Hundred Ten Dollars ($124,110.00), and
the cost of advertisement costs and allowance for construction
change orders is Eight Hundred Ninety Dollars ($890.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for project costs for the
removal and replacement of concrete streets, driveways, sidewalks
and curbing in Maintenance Paving Contract 1986-87 (86173), at
various locations within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1986.
