AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction Company, Inc. for the removal and replacement of
concrete streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing in Maintenance
Paving Contract 1986-87 (86173) at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction Company, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the replacement of concrete
streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing in Maintenance Paving
Contract 1986-87 (86173) at various locations within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 11th day of July, 1986, and formally executed on
the 22nd day of July, 1986, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
