AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($315,000.00) from The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District Sewerage Revenue Fund to be used for project costs
for the emergency repair of combined sewers at Blair & Ferry
Street (87016), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said emergency
repair is Two Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Three Hundred Eight
Dollars ($297,308.00), and the costs of inspection and allowance
for construction change orders is Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety-two Dollars ($17,692.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($315,000.00) is hereby appropriated from The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Sewerage Revenue Fund to be
used for project costs for the emergency repair of combined sewers
at Blair Avenue & Ferry Street (87016), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1986.
