AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($102,000.00) from the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District Sewerage System Revenue Fund to be used for project costs
for the emergency repair of combined sewers at 9th and Arsenal
Streets (86191), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said emergency
repair is Eighty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($87,300.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection and
allowance for construction change orders is Fourteen Thousand
Seven Hundred Dollars ($14,700.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Two Thousand
Dollars ($102,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District Sewerage System Revenue Fund to be used
for project costs for the emergency repair of combined sewers at
9th and Arsenal Streets (86191), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 1986.
