AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Insituform
Missouri, Inc., for the emergency repair of combined sewers at 9th
and Arsenal Streets (86191), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Insituform Missouri, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the emergency repair of combined sewers at
9th and Arsenal Streets (86191), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 11th day of August, 1986, and
formally executed on the 12th day of August, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
