AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 2 and 3 of Expressway Center in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements
described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Two (2) parcels of land located in Expressway Center Section of Earth City as recorded in Plat Book 218, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being part of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement on Lot 2 of Expressway Center. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement on Lot 3 of Expressway Center. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 2 that is North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ninety-four and 00/100 feet (94.00') from the Northwest corner of same; thence North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ninety-five and 00/100 feet (95.00') to a point; thence South 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of fifteen and 00/100 feet (15.00') to a point; thence South 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of ninety-five and 00/100 feet (95.00') to a point; thence North 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of fifteen and 00/100 feet (15.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 3 that is North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of ninety-four and 00/100 feet (94.00') from the Northwest corner of same; thence North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East and continuing along the North line of said Lot 3 a distance of one hundred eighty-five and 00/100 feet (185.00'} to a point; thence South 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of one hundred eighty-seven and 31/100 feet (187.31') to a point; thence North 06 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of six and 77/100 feet (6.77') to a point thence North 13 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of three and 64/100 feet (3.64') to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
