Home My Public Portal About06693 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6693 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and Craig Court of Craigmor Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Four parcels of land located in Craigmor Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records. Three parcels being part of ten foot (10') wide easements. One parcel being Craig Court fifty feet (50') wide. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the Westernmost corner of said Craigmor Subdivision; thence Southwardly along the West line of said Craigmor Subdivision South 29 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of six hundred forty-three and 40/100 feet (643.40') to a point; thence Northeastwardly along the Southeast line of said Lot 8 North 60 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the actual point of beginning; thence North 29 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of five feet (5.00') to a point; thence North 60 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of two hundred thirty-two and 74/100 feet (232.74') to a point; thence North 15 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred forty-six and 12/100 feet (146.12') to a point; thence North 74 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 15 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred forty-three and 55/100 feet (143.55') to a point; thence North 60 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of two hundred ten and 98/100 feet (210.98') to a point on the Southwest line of Craig Road; thence Southeastwardly along said Southwest line of Craig Road South 42 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of seven and 94/100 feet (7.94') and along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 49 degrees 24 minutes 31 seconds East nine hundred eighty-four and 93/100 feet (984.93') from the last mentioned point, a distance of two and 32/100 feet (2.32') to a point; thence South 60 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of four hundred fifty-six and 28/100 feet (456.28') to a point; thence North 29 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to the point of beginning.
