AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a part of the Delmar Boulevard right-of-way, a
street in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject part of said right-of-way street, and this District
has no further use therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described part of the Delmar Boulevard
right-of-way: Four parcels of land located in a tract of land being part of Lot 2 of "George A. Watson's 2nd Addition to the Town of Centreton", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 72 of the St. Louis City (former County) Records, in Section 5, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. The four parcels of land being part of Delmar Boulevard Right-of-Way. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point in the North line of Delmar Boulevard distant North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West one hundred ninety-four and 85/100 feet (194.85') from the Southwest corner of "Wellesley Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records; thence continuing along said North line North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of thirteen and 50/100 feet (13.50') to a point; thence leaving said road line North 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirteen and 50/100 feet (13.50') to a point thence South 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point in the North line of Delmar Boulevard distant North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds
West, two hundred eighteen and 35/100 feet (218.35') from the Southwest corner of "Wellesley Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records; thence continuing along said North line North 80 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred nineteen and 07/100 feet (119.07') to a point; thence leaving said road line North 01 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of fifteen and 00/100 feet (15.00') to a point; thence North 85 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds West a distance of thirty-two and 95/100 feet (32.95') to a point; thence North 88 degrees 45 minutes 59 seconds East a distance of seventy-eight and 36/100 feet (78.36') to a point; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirty-seven and 18/100 feet (37.18') to a point; thence South 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirty-six and 50/100 feet (36.50') to a point; thence South 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 .feet (10.00') to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 - Commencing in the North line of Delmar Boulevard at the Southwest corner of "Wellesley Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said North line of Delmar Boulevard North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of four hundred thirty-four and 85/100 feet (434.85') to a point; thence leaving said road line North 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of twenty and 00/100 feet (20.00') to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of eighteen and 23/100 feet (18.23') to a point; thence South 14 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 91/100 feet (0.91') to a point; thence North 86 degrees 06 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of eighteen and 50/100 feet (18.50') to the point of beginning. Parcel 4 - Beginning at a point in the North line of Delmar Boulevard distant North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West four hundred seventy-one and 42/100 feet (471.42') from the Southwest corner of "Wellesley Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records; thence continuing along said North line North 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of thirteen and 43/100 feet (13.43') to a point; thence leaving said road line North 1 degree 10 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of thirteen and 41/100 feet (13.41') to a point; thence South 1 degree 03 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
