Subsequent to due and proper notice, Mayor Tom Anderson convened a Special Meeting of
the Medina City Council on July 23, 1984 at 5:00 pm at City Hall. Present were: Bill
Reiser, Wilfred Scherer and Anne Heideman,as was Mike Sanke.
Due to a problem with meeting a publication deadline it has become necessary to
reschedule the Public Hearing for the special Assessment Hearing for the Hunter
Drive project. Reiser moved and Scherer seconded that the Special Assessment
Public Hearing on the Hunter Drive PrN ect be Tescheduled for 7:30 pm, Wednesday,
August 15, 1984. Motion carried. /Ca,60`Gc t/o/-? -
There was a short discussion of possibly assessing on the basis of 1/3 front footage,
1/3 area served and 1/3 city cost.
Scherermoved, Heideman seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 5:07 pm.
