AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #96-285 - SALE OF 3 SHAROT STREET
WHEREAS, on September 23, 1996 in accordance with NJ.SA. 40A:12-1, et seq. David
Boland submitted a bid on property owned by the Borough located at 3 Sharot Street; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council accepts said bid and
authorizes the sale of 3 Sharot Street to David Boland;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this sale is conditioned on the bid specifications that the
structure be demolished within 30 days of closing or the Borough without a hearing shall demolish
said structure and place a lien for the cost of demolition upon the property;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said resolution amends Resolution #96-285 previously
adopted on October 3, 1996.
Adopted this 7th day of November, 1996 in accordance
with NJ.SA. 10:4-6, et seq. and certified as a true
copy of the original on November 8, 1996.
