AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to execute an easement deed for access by
Harold L. Rue across a certain District right-of-way in St. Louis
County, Missouri in Section 17, Township 44 North, Range 5 East,
lying east of Valley Park Subdivision.
WHEREAS, the aforementioned right-of-way was purchased
from Harold L. Rue by the District upon the condition that Harold
L. Rue be granted an easement for access to the adjacent real
property owned by him,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute an easement deed
for access by Harold L. Rue across a certain District right-of-way
in St. Louis County, Missouri in Section 17, Township 44 North,
Range 5 East, lying east of Valley Park Subdivision.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
