AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
for engineering services for the design of additional office space
for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's general offices -
2000 Hampton Avenue, Contract E-608.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($16,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District for engineering services for the design of
additional office space for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District's general offices - 2000 Hampton Avenue, Contract E-608.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
