AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-608 with Intercon Management
Corporation for engineering services for the design of additional
office space for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's
general offices - 2000 Hampton Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-608 with
Intercon Management Corporation for engineering services for the
design of additional office space for The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District's general offices - 2000 Hampton Avenue.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
