AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($115,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering
services for the final design of BC-3 Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-610.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($115,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for
engineering services for the final design of BC-3 Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-610.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
