AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($166,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack -
Dellwood Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Lord Drive Storm Sewer Project (S-2100, C-
1209), in St. Louis County and the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-five
Dollars ($155,425.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Eleven Thousand Seventy-five Dollars
($11,075.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fifty-five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($55,500.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack -
Dellwood Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Fifty-five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($55,500.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack - Dellwood Creek, and

WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($166,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Blackjack - Dellwood Creek to be used for project costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Lord Drive Storm Sewer Project (S-
2100, C-1209), in St. Louis County and the City of Moline Acres,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 27, 1986.
